The Lost Ogle has learned that Tammy Banovac, the woman who made headlines when she failed to pass a TSA screening at Will Rogers World Airport while dressed only in lacy black underwear and in a wheelchair, posed nude in Playboy in the 1997.

Banovac, who posed under the name Tammy Lynn Brewer, appeared fully nude as a “full-fledged D.D.S who savors French literature” in an April 1997 pictorial featuring “dental girls.” Check out a censored — yet kind of NSFW — scan from her pictorial after the jump.

Has NASA Discovered Alien Life?

A NASA press release announcing "an astrobiology finding" -- something that will impact the search for extraterrestrial life -- has sent shockwaves through the blogosphere.

The press release simply announces an event, set for Thursday at 2 p.m. EST, to discuss an astrobiology discovery "that will impact the search for evidence of extraterrestrial life." Astrobiology is the study of the origin, evolution, distribution and future of life in the universe.

A satellite image of the headquarters of Iran's national airline reveals a Star of David, and government officials in the Islamic Republic are calling for its immediate removal, according to reports.

The satellite image of the Airline of the Islamic Republic of Iran, also known as Iran Air, was taken by Google Earth, according to Ynetnews.com. Local reports say the building was "built by Israeli engineers" who worked in the country before the 1979 Islamic Revolution.

That's funny. Well, not to the Iranians, but to everyone else perhaps. I can't believe no one noticed this before, I mean seriously, its an airport. Reminds me of some of the pranks the "smart kids schools" pull on each other.

CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Someone set fire to an Islamic center on Sunday, two days after a man who worshiped there was accused of trying to blow up a van full of explosives during Portland's Christmas tree lighting ceremony. Other Muslims fear it could be the first volley of misplaced retribution.

Misplaced retribution indeed. We have to trust that our government will catch these wackos as they plot against us and our way of life. The Islamic community needs to police itself too. If you know of a terrorist of any religion, why wouldn't you tell the authorities? We have to all be vigilant and stay the course, do not give in to terrorists.

Leslie Nielson, Comic Genius, dead, 84, pneumonia

FT. LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA (BNO NEWS) -- A Canadian radio station on Sunday evening reported that actor Leslie Nielsen has died at a hospital in Florida. He was 84.

I've watched many, many fine moments of his comedy genius. He will be missed.
